The rooms are small and so are the beds. Be careful of incidental charges they can be quite expensive. Do not have them do your laundry if you must ask the price first. I was charged $35 to wash 12 pieces of underwear.

The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. We certainly would go back. The Hotel would benefit from having a full service restaurant on its premises or the adjacent shopping center.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of the commercial district. The only thing is that the employees didn't have access to the system to verify my reservation i made through hotels.com. Check in was delayed for 10 minutes as they tried to make sure the room was payed for

The hotel HEX is the best known international business hotel in Estelí and has no competition for that spot due to reasonable service quality, accessibility, security, meeting room availability, etc. The price is reasonable, the staff are good folks, and the price for such things is very reasonable. If you are looking for a Nicaraguan experience, go elsewhere; anywhere else. If you want to get away from Nicaragua, the HEX is the place (in Estelí) to go.

At entrance they had cones and metal barriers so I had to park around the Mall. After Greeting me at entrance they asked for my girlfriend's I.D(My Wife) ..after paying a Benjamin for my room and going Up-Stairs to unpack...when I came down I asked for a copy of the local news Paper? They said I could read it in the Lobby but not take it up-stairs ? WTF ? I told them in spanish that I would be right back with a Copy from the Gas Station !! Because of the ackward service I stayed the remaining week in Esteli at A Local Hotel where I was treated like a King !! The Hex is Clean, food is tasty, great security, restaurants service is the best. Front desk needs improvement !! No sence of urgency, no acknowledgement or eye contact.
