I was charged an extra 50€ upon checkout and still haven't gotten a sufficient answer.

Convenient location to visit Mont Saint-Michel with free shutle just in front of the hotel.Clean and spacious room,friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Mold on ceiling in room. Low water pressure, and mildly warm temperature at best. Would not recommend staying here.

Room was small but clean. Location was perfect, just 1 min to the shuttle bus stop, free service to Mont St Michel. Price of room reasonable. Check in was very efficient and we were given local tips too. Very pleased with the service.

Location is just around the corner from bus stop, 5 min walk. The English speaking lady at reception was very accommodating and friendly. Initially, reservation was for 2nd floor but because i could not take the stairs (no elevators) due to knee injury, she gave us a room on 1st floor closest to door. We did not drive so the "code" provided to us was not used. The shuttle to the MSM picked us right acoss the street. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. If i have to return to MSM again, i will definitely stay at Hotel Vert again instead of staying in Rennes as we did last year. We arrived late from Paris, about 6 pm or so but we got the chance to see MSM at night and during the day. Incidentally, the night we were in MSM there was fire at the MSM. I don't know which building but the police n fire response was so quick. There was even a helicopter hovering around. I was so scared the MSM might suffer same fate as Notre Dame in Paris. The next day, the MSM was open to the public like nothing happened the night before.

They accommodated holding our luggage before checking in for no charge. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was nice with a large bathtub in the washroom.

Nice clean hotel very close to Mont Saint-Michel. The best thing about the room was abundance of shelves and cabinets to put all of our belongings into.

Entry to town requires a passcode, which we requested be sent to us by text message. It never came & we had to phone and wait on the line till she verified we truly had reservations. Breakfast was below what is now standard & skimpy on selection. Lack of elevator was a problem for us. A hotel sign visible from the main street would have been helpful. The hotel is handy to the free shuttle that drives to Le Mont St.-Michele.

We were not given the code to get in the gate. Staff were not helpful & arrogant. Very sparse rugs in room were badly stained.

This hotel is through a gate, so every time you want to leave you have to take a code and pay 10 dollars, also the chargers on my credit card have been a bit confusing. It is not finalized yet but I hope it will processes properly
