The location to access Mont St Michel is fantastic. The busses are across the street. The onsite parking is a plus. You have to take a ticket at the town entrance and pay when you leave. You have in/out twice in 24 hr for free. Breakfast was good and incuded with price. Room was ok. We had an accessible room on the first floor. We didnt need it but good for someone in a wheelchair. Shower completely barrier free and drop down shower chair on the wall. Bathroom was always damp and there was a little mold on the wall. Otherwise very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. One issue which i found disappointing and a sign you might have challenges if you stress the system. We were there for two nights and becauae of covid, no maid service. I asked at the desk at 530 pm if i could have two paper cups for the second night to replace the 4 we'd been supplied with and also 2 instant coffee packets and a tea bag to replenesh was was in the room. The clerk did seem to go and check with someone but i was told it was not possible. The breakfast area, which was covered in a cloth had the coffee and tea, which i pointed out. A bit of initiative and kindness would have been appreciated. Coming from North America, we were awake about 2 am and having a cup of tea or coffee in a paper cup the first night was very nice. With covid plan meals well because we couldnt find anything after 8 pm. Generally ok room, great location.

Rooms are dark & cramped but good location.

The Rooms are dark, uncomfortable and cramped. There is a bed and that’s it. No wardrobes or chairs. The lighting is very poor and not bright enough to even read a magazine. On the plus side the hotel is a 30 mins walk from Mont saint michelle. The free shuttlle stops right outside the hotel.

Great location

Everything was good, breakfast was fresh and better than expected. The location is perfect and enabled to get to Mont a Saint Michel very easily, with the free shuttle. The only drawback was the wifi that was extremely slow and almost not working. We understood that the modem is located in another hotel…

Quick Trip

The hotel was decorated fun! The staff could have gone the extra mile to try and help book an online ticket for us to the abbey, but they didn't. At breakfast I wish there was (soy) milk for those with allergies. The cleaning service was awesome. I had needed an iron and they brought it to me and explained how to use it too.

We had a family room with upstairs loft. Very spacious. They provided a portable a/c and fans. Nice decor. Our room however, had a lingering dog smell. It is a pet friendly hotel. I'm not sure if I could've requested for a room that didn't allow pets. Breakfast was good. Parking was very easy. Great location and easy access to the Mont Saint-Michel shuttle right across the street.

Great spot to stay when visiting Mont St Michel. Very trendy modern rooms, great breakfast buffet, reception staff could be a little friendlier. Over all very good.

You can't beat the location, that's for sure! The staff was friendly, room was clean, wi-fi worked great, bathroom and shower were modern (and amazing), and breakfast was included and delicious. What more could you ask for?
