Perfect stay

It was an amazing stay truly! My husband and I kept extending our stay because of how much we loved it. The resort is so beautiful, clean, and the staff so willing to help. My husband and I are also vegan and the chef was so lovely he made us vegan options for breakfast every morning and there were some vegan options for lunch/dinner as well. We also enjoyed the gym. The beach is nice and the pool area is clean. We look forward to staying here again!

Good Place To Relax

This location is good if you want to visit southern part of the island. The room is good size with comfortable bed. TV channels are good and TV size is good enough. Beach is nice although I didn't swim. There is a small convenience store across the street that you can buy snacks and drinks. There is a India restaurant inside the hotel and the food is good but the price is a bit high. There is also a full size bar near the beach. I use the business center and the lady is very helpful. They didn't even charge me for printing 2 pages documents. The buffet breakfast is good with many different varieties and piano player plays music while you are eating. The sitting area is very comfortable. Overall the place is quite good in respect to the room rate.

It is still a gem !

Salinda June 2020 - second stay. The great: The decoration, choice of wooden furniture etc. Low season pricing best in class on the whole island. Quietness of rooms - despite being relatively close to airport. Bedding quality and the pillow aroma treatment Size of room, quality of amenities and bathroom standard. Independent mgt, using customer feedback. Not global Corp revenue-oriented setups. Poached eggs. Try them. A late check-out, due to low season occupancy. Appreciated as it rained constantly The good: Individual cereal and fruit juice glass containers/ bottles. Hygienic Breakfast selection. Quality very good, only few things didn’t taste 100% fresh ( eg cooked ham tasted sour) Local Vietnamese mixed lunch set. Fresh – very affordable Overall maintenance and state of the resort after 6 years sun and rain exposure. The smaller things just to improve to perfection. Lighting fixtures in rooms not stable, solid . Many lampshades are loose. The swimming pool towers we were provided were heavy and wet. Result of the bad weather, but maybe putting them in a hot dry environment can help a bit Conclusion: While we oversaw this gem for a long time due to testing out many other resorts in our 8 stays, we need to confess that this place does belong to the top 5 of all PQ places we visited. Highly recommendable !

Great hotel room stay

Very comfortable and cozy environment, good service and clean room, very high recommend to anyone who wants to stay in PhuQuoc island, Salinda is a great hotel to stay.

An Amazing place in an amazing location. Could not fault anything apart from the insects. I think the resort could do a little more for that both inside and out. Nevertheless I would love to go back here one day

This place was awesome. Beautiful place, and well taken care of. When able to they will upgrade you as they did me. They were very nice to upgrade me to a suite which was the best room in the house. They were very detailed in even arranging a taxi for my departure without being told. A+ for this place, really spectacular service.

Perfect spot for a few days sun and sand.

Located a short cheap taxi ride from the main town the Salinda is very comfortable on a lovely narrow stretch of beach (private I think). Lots of beach bars, restaurants and massage places within walking distance - do watch the tide though when walking back in the dark after dinner. Staff were excellent and the breakfast outstanding (including sparkling wine). Although the hotel is large and no great beauty the grounds are nice and the rooms large and airy. We will return.
