Very disappointing. The annexe is not connected to the main building - it is the neighbour’s house. The annexe does not resemble the main property. Cleaning standards were exceptionally poor, despite the host charging a cleaning fee. The lady running the ‘annexe’ (i.e. the property next door to Villa Milton Hvar) is a very friendly and kind lady. It is a real shame that the properties are advertised in the way that they are, which guides guests to expect the same standard in the ‘annexe’ A’s is advertised for Villa Milton Hvar.

Loved the location to the harbour, beaches, and local shops and restaurants.

This is the perfect little sobe. The location is great, the room was lovely and the staff super helpful. They let us check in a little early, along with a gift of a local beer. We had rooms 7 and 8 which share a private balcony overlooking the garden and the harbor. Pero folded back the balcony divider so we could sit outside together and enjoy the view. The owner and family live on site, along with big fluffy dog, so this place has a calm, family feel to it. Highly recommend both the lodging and Hver Island!

Beautiful, extremely spacious apartment with a large balcony and incredible views of the harbor. Very clean and modern, yet still had charm. All of the amenities you could possibly need, including a large kitchen and even a washing machine. Pero was extremely welcoming - reached out immediately after I booked and provided detailed directions to the property, as well as a number of great restaurants and places to party. Even with all of the steps, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the main harbor area/ferry port (slightly longer with luggage). If you have a lot of heavy luggage, you may want to take a cab from the ferry when you first arrive, which Pero recommended and said was about 100 kuna (~$15). Also being higher up reduces the noise, so it's not an issue if you don't want to stay out all night partying.

Our stay was incredible! We were lucky to receive a free upgrade to a beautiful, modern suite with an amazing balcony and view. The owner, Pero, was a very kind and warm host and easily reachable on WhatsApp. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely stay again if we return one day :)

Well what to say. It was very disappointing. For £140 or 155€ it was the most basic room. The bathroom was tiny, 30 years old, the shower leaked, the toilet pan stained brown. The room was also tiny and the furniture pre-Croatian independence. On the positive side the balcony was large, the view is beautiful, the owner/staff friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently. Hvar was lovely, but having stayed 2 nights, I think it unlikely I would return.

Good place for family vacation. Location is perfect. Pero is very very HELPFUL and FRIENDLY owner. Enjoy the life in Villa Milton Hvar.

Our stay was doomed from the start. Firstly, this 'hostel' should not even be on a hotel website as it's the furthest thing possible from a hotel. Upon arrival we had no clue what to do so after trecking up about +150 stairs with our luggage we had to awkwardly wander around what we assumed was a hotel or private villa, but actually someones home. If we wanted to stay in a shared home we would have done so and gone with a MUCH cheaper & more affordable Airbnb with a shared living space. After finally being greeted we were taken to our room which was extremely tiny and out dated, which I can only compare to a tiny university dorm room. The room had 1 accessible electrical outlet, the washroom was old and outdated, and the bed sheets were rough and on a bed that was low to the ground and hard as a rock. The pictures & price are VERY deceiving for the quality you get. I visited a few other friend's Villas around Hvar and couldn't believe how much better theirs were for paying MUCH less then we did. The worst part of it all was that one night we accidentally got a stain on the sheets (100% not intentional), and something that sometimes happens, and we got scathing mean messages from the 'landlord' telling us to never come back, after the second night of a 3 night stay. He went from being presumably nice to horrifying, and I had to spend my day arguing over the phone with him to allow us back. It was so bad that we decided to get a whole new place of our own. Horrible memories.

Clean and beautiful villa with a great location. Quick walk to ferry, restaurants and shops. Pero was an amazing host who was very informative and helpful. Gave great recommendations (restaurants, activities & beaches) and directions. Very safe!

Pero was the best. From giving us recommendations to making us feel comfortable and at home. Also the view was amazing and as pictured!
