Lovely, relaxing one night getaway from our home in Boston. Fantastic dinner on site; superb service all around. Tricia and her staff were wonderfully welcoming and attentive. Much needed during these difficult times...felt like a weekend far away but just minutes from home!

Fantastic hotel: clean, comfortable, great service, beautifully decorated and finished rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, good location for exploring Lexington, Concord and other surrounding towns. We had dinner at the property, it was first-rate. The only negative I can think of: the towels were not soft. Would highly recommend.

The property was charming and well maintained. However, our room was very hot (79 degrees) and we couldn’t get it any cooler. Finally opened the windows (in January in Massachusetts). Service was disappointing: it took too long to check in, the greeter who showed us to our room didn’t know simple stuff like what time breakfast service started, and she told us twice about the nightly turndown service, and that never happened.

My bedroom was very comfortable, nicely appointed with good mattress and renovated bathroom. With that said, a few noteworthy things: 1. When I checked in, thought it was a nice touch that there were complementary beverages in room refrigerator and glass jars with snacks. Quite surprised on checkout that there was a daily $28 amenity fee. For what I don’t know and was rather surprised as the inn was quite expensive. 2. Most inns have spacious common area to sit and relax. Not here. 3. One of Night staff members, young lady in white dress, was lovely and welcoming. However was surprised by older woman working Christmas Eve night. When I returned to inn, I wanted to see the book room featured on their website. As I entered the area, she followed me into the room asking ‘Can I help you?’ yikes, I paid well over $200 per night night to stay there and felt like an intruder not a guest.

This Inn is by far the nicest I’ve ever stayed Inn Service, room, amenities are all exceptional. Strongly recommend

We waited for a subpar room with a slight lingering smell of mold and/ or tobacco.Found the Inn pretentious and focused on maximizing profit instead of guest comfort and satisfaction.

This location is amazing. Not only are the team brilliant but the property is so well maintained and clean, we were so pleased we picked it. Food was amazing catering for my food intolerances and the room was clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
