The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The refrigerator kept drinks cold. It wasn’t loud at night. That’s the good. I don’t expect luxury at a Motel 6, but it was rough. They don’t spend a cent on the place they don’t have to, from the rooms to the grounds, and it shows. Like every other hotel and motel these days, they exploit the COVID thing and reduce their services, repairs, and amenities as much as they can get away with, above and beyond what’s mandated by the state and local governments.... pool was closed, lobby was closed, no breakfast, no housekeeping, etc, etc. The water pressure was low and shower was plumbed backwards to come on hot and get colder as the knob turns... not ideal for kids, but the water never got that hot anyway. It had an elongated toilet seat on a round toilet. Watch your junk sitting down! When a place obviously cheaps out on everything, there is a reason why and it’s always the same reason everywhere and if I say what, they won’t publish this review. There were homeless people living on the floor above me. They were nice, but the cops did show up once while I was there. The demographics of the motel did not match those of Cumberland County. I booked this place to stay for Chryslers at Carlisle and I guess it was my punishment for not booking sooner. It sure didn’t merit $105/night!

Front receptionist was exceptional and very friendly, hover the room had bugs and mattress were old with a foam cover.I had to spend the night at my truck. There was hair on the hand-wash and bathroom. This hotel must be inspected ASAP!

The water is a trickle and takes a full 5 minutes to warm up. I have never seen anything like it in a motel.

We stayed 5 days and although all we did was sleep there, it was quiet and safe.

I enjoyed my stay it was fine. Employee was kind and very helpful. Good eye contact. Paid attention and was interested in hmy safety

I was bitten by bedbugs. Moved to another room and it was worse. I left and slept in my car in the freezing cold. Never go there. You need to remove them from your site. The front desk wasn’t concerned at all. So when I got home. I had to take my clothes off in garage wrap them in bags before going into the house with a towel straight to shower. Bedbugs spread quickly now I’m going to have to go get a steamer and try to sanitize my car and trunk. Worst hotel stay in history. I got pictures and videos. I also contacted motel 6. They can’t allow anyone else to go in these rooms. I have over 40 bites on me. I look like a sideshow with all these welts on my neck

The floor was dirty, and I just like a fridge and microwave in my room. But it was suitable for the situation.

It was great for the Price!! Good location for amenities. Staff is very Nice
