This hotel is extremely convenient to the Puerto Vallarta airport, so much so that we were able to walk there in less than 10 minutes (with our luggage). The only tough thing is finding the lobby. It takes two elevators from street level to finally get to the desk on the second floor. We have stayed at Ones in the past, and the interior of this hotel could be anyone of those. You get exactly what we have come to expect from this brand, serviceable, comfortable, and clean. Couldn't ask for any more.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night after our flight arrived. Good choice near the airport. Clean and comfortable. Met our needs, would stay there again.

Not a fancy place by any means. However, very clean, quiet, comfortable. Very please with the price. I would stay here again.

No ice nor fridge in our room No glasses in the room Other then that great location from airport and we rented economy car rental which is in the same building,

I stayed in several Airbnb’s and hotels over four months I was in PV and ended up staying at One the longest. The service was impeccable, I saved a ton of money eating the expansive free breakfast, the rooms were comfy and clean with cold AC, nice flat screen TVs, and a desk. Plus I spent my lunch hour by the pool each day. And there’s a sports bar on the first level if you want an enormous michelada. One isn’t that close to the city center, but it’s walking distance to the marina and I really loved that it was walking distance to the airport. When I arrived, they really went above and beyond to help me with my luggage even though they don’t provide that service. I’d say the staff were the best of all.

I like the breakfast served, great quality food, great staff I didn’t like the access to the hotel or to the rooms. To much trouble to enter hotel and to get to the rooms Rooms are too small. Perhaps for a quick stay or getaway night it’s ok.

The breakfast was very nice, The Bathroom is a bit small For 2 people. Even for one, it’s awkward No supplementary pillows available when I asked. Only 2 available No small fridge for our food. We were coming from an hour away. Had food prepped for our long trip To Canada but had to ask to get it stored in office. Otherwise nice. Trouble with our entry cards, had to go 3 times to front desk to get fixed
