Basic but clean hotel in a good location. Parking and breakfast are both not included. But decent price for room.

Great hotel on the main street. We stayed two nights; staff was always nice and helpful. Having parking on site was great. Room was clean and practical. Breakfast was excellent too. We had a great time and would certainly go back.

This hotel was in a great location close to shopping & eating large room but tiny shower but we managed with it breakfast was very good but staff in the breakfast room could smile now & then we never felt welcomed by them admittedly they spoke French & we speak English but a smile is the same on any language some parking underneath but 18 euros per day otherwise some public parking areas but a long way to carry luggage & they were expensive too we were happy to get a spot underneath

Adorable rooms in the heart of the city! We were in a top-floor room with vaulted ceilings and tons of charm. The bed was comfortable and there was enough floor space for our luggage. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities. Close to everything in town, great location. Breakfast was a buffet including coffee station, breads/pastries, cold cuts, fruit and meats/cheeses.

The hotel is on the main street of Andorra right next to McDonalds. This made it very handy for a cheap eat if needed. Our room was comfortable and clean, but opening the shutters let all of the street noise in. We didn't hear much at night with them shut. Parking is not easy. At the hotel they chrge 18.50 and it is very tight parking. We chose to park across the road in the 5 tier parking which is 15 euro per day plus a bit more if it stays longer. You MUST get your parking ticket stamped by the hotel and go to level 5 to pay before driving out though. A hassle but still, has to be done. Walking along the street of Andorra was great. Very pretty town, central square etc. Roads are narrow, but they all are in Europe apparently. We had breakfast which was very good the first morning, but the 2nd not as good. Less to choose from. For what you pay its ok for the convenience. The receptionist spoke English quite well and was very helpful. Overall nice place to stay.

Overall the hotel was fine. However, having stayed in other hotels, there is a few things that made this hotel grade lower in my opinion. On a positive note, the hotel is situated in the centre of the town, with a car park across the road. This is very convenient. My first impression upon walking in to the hotel was that it was correct and I was quite satisfied. When entering the room I was drawn to how small the bathroom was. The room itself was clean and I was thrilled that it had air conditioning that worked, unlike the hotel from the previos nights. The breakfast was ok but limited. It gave me the impression that they were trying to make you eat less. The plates were small and the juice was so concentrated. I also had to complain on the morning of my checkout. Whilst I was having breakfast, they were already making up the room at 10am, when check out isn't until 12. This was apparently a mistake and the receptionist apologised. Overall I would stay in this hotel for the right price.
