The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean, and the rate is very reasonable. It’s close enough to the beach that you can walk there in less than five minutes, and there’s plenty of restaurants in the area as well. I would recommend not getting a vehicle, Uber and taxis are very prevalent, and very inexpensive.

Excellent alternative location to Centro hotels. The beach is about a block away. My only complain is the mattress - very firm.

The place is nice, room is ok, not really with a window. Hotel stuff doing lots of noise all day long in the corridor! The elevator very slow and the stuff is using it all day so 90% of the time I took the stairs.. Stuff and especially the hotel manager are the worst! Booked a tour with them to playa blanca and paid 75000 pesos, I told them specifically that I wanna go with a bus and not a boat because I suffer from sea sick. The bus never showed up, they send someone to pick me up and he took me to a boat without telling me, no one speaks English, went off the boat in playa blanca with no way of going back to Cartagena, no one from the tour company.. called the hotel 15 times! 3 times the manager hung up the phone. The other times no one answered! They ruined my last day in Cartagena. Do not recommend this hotel!!!

I loved my stay at the Oz Hotel. My room had a great view. The room was a great space for 1 person and very clean. The staff assisted with anything I need and they were very friendly. I would definitely come back here if I return to Colombia. I would also recommend to a friend. I really wish there was a pool, but I don't mind the 2 minute walk to the beach.
