Nice boutique hotel

We booked the suite rooms on the 5th floor, loved the rooms and beautiful view of the cathedral roof, the hotel is easy walking to all Strasbourg has to offer… Only negative I think the 16 euro charged for breakfast is too much for what it is… but other then the breakfast price I would stay at hotel D again

Quaint and welcoming!

The check-in process was great, staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was our second time staying at this Diana brand hotels and I have to say both were excellent. We lucked out with our room being ready before our check in! Only downside is that there was no interior access to the parking lot and we had to go out and through the car entrance to be able to get our car. Also, having to pay for parking -. Based on my experience with Diana hotels I would definitely stay at another hotel of this brand! Thanks especially to the front desk for the great recommendations!

Great, but consider the parking fees and the view.

Everything was great except - the parking fees, 25€ per night - the view was fully facing, at around 6 meters distance, the wall of the multi store parking building... :-)

overall a wonderful stay

modern, clean, friendly service, nicely priced hotel in beautiful Strasbourg. Overall wonderful experience when visiting Strasbourg with our grand-children. A couple of negatives: rather highly priced breakfast and overnight indoor parking ( but very convenient!!). it takes about 10-15 min walk to the city center (which is OK except when it rains -:)

The staff was amazingly helpful! We were welcomed with smiles and glühwein. We went for the Christmas markets and the location was great. It was within walking distance of the center without being in the middle of all the activities. The room was clean and ample with a minibar and spacious bathroom. Our only complaint was the lack of a bar or true restaurant for guests.

This hotel is awesome. Great location, incredibly helpful staff, amazing room and even more amazing shower . Breakfast was perfect! Can’t wait to return.

The staff at Hotel D went out of their way to make sure that I had a great stay in Strasbourg. They provided me with excellent restaurant recommendations and helped me when my wallet was stolen. My room had a musty smell and the towels were a bit old and raggy. Other than that, a excellent stay!
