We loved this hotel! The amenities were limited due to Covid, but the staff couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Would definitely come back and stay again soon!

Staff was so nice! Breakfast was wonderful. Suzy made the best omelettes, it was all fresh! Dinner was great too, had burgers and wings. Pool was nice, you had to make an appointment but since it wasn’t busy we had any time we wanted. Sauna and game room were closed. Everyone was wearing masks and room was very clean. Highly recommend!

Inn was beautiful- especially the room because we had our own private patio looking out onto the river.

A beautiful property located right next to the river. My husband and I felt like home. The staff was very nice especially during breakfast; the two ladies were so courteous to us. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. We felt safe being there during covid, highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Great layout. 6 year young facility with all rooms facing the river. Large comfortable rooms. Great dining room/bar - good food and wonderful breakfast.

Fantastic stay...especially under COVID restrictions.

We love it here! Peaceful & relaxing. Staff from the reception desk to the restaurant did a great job with all of their enhanced safety protocols. Our bed was so comfy! Sat by the bonfire and watched shooting stars for hours. We’ll definitely be back!

The On the River Inn is lovely. Property is very pretty - a more modern take on colonial décor. All COVID precautions were in place and if felt safe and clean. We had a Riverview Queen. Room was small, but comfortable and well appointed. Our room had a small balcony overlooking wooded property and pond, you couldn't really see the river but the trees and grounds were lovely, leaves were just starting to change color. The breakfast is take out, but was delicious with lots of options. Bar/restaurant was closed as we were there on a Sunday evening. It's on the outskirts of the charming village of Woodstock. Pretty much everything is open with masks and social distancing.

This is an excellent hotel! Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and very nice. Despite all the restrictions linked to COVID In VT they are doing their best to serve a good breakfast. We booked the pool twice and we were just the 3 of us with to use the pool and the Sauna. They also have fire pits outside and you can ask for s’mores at the front desk which even if not maned 24/7 always has someone to answer your query about anything by phone. We asked for hikes, delivery of food, etc... always had an answer for us. Enjoy your stay, we did
