Location of this hotel is great for exploring the center of Palermo. The breakfast has a wide selection. The check-in was smooth and we were given lots of good information about the area. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. If you have a car, there is parking available for a fee close by.

Beautiful facilities, well designed and modern. Most accommodating staff, helpful beyond expectations. And and excellent breakfast!

The room was very clean, great location to walk to all, nice breakfast.

Our stay here was exactly what we expected and wanted. Location was terrific and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Staff was accommodating and welcoming. The nearby parking garage was close and easily accessible for safe parking while in the city. The room was clean and nice with excellent noise protection from the street as well as exterior black our shades. We were traveling with our infant and they provided a safe crib for her with clean sheets etc. The breakfast was excellent and there is a great bar/restaurant just below (within service of our baby monitor!!) that had a beautiful patio and great drinks and food. Overall we were very pleased with this property and would recommend it highly. If we return to Palermo it will be a no brainer to stay here again

Lovely place in a really great location. The city has a good vibe and you could walk out your door and be right in the heart of it all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean and comfy beds. Two sisters Fredericka and Martina were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Excellent location. Staff was helpful but not always correct about info provided on tours. On October 1 times of tours and buses change and they did not know this but it all worked out in the end. Breakfast was good. Overall a decent experience.
