Location was great. It’s a beautiful property or could be a beautiful property. It’s just too run down with poor management, not fitting to be a 5 star hotel. The hallway carpet was dark, dirty, old, and smelly. Evidence of smoking was everywhere despite signs saying “no smoking “. The beds were hard and pillows were crummy. The bathroom was small with old shower curtain, although we had a room looking out to the pool. It felt like they didn’t keep the building cool enough with air conditioner. Breakfast was so so as I didn’t think they served good quality food. This is supposed to be the best hotel in Binh Duong. Well, we will go to BD regularly for business. Perhaps we will stay at Becamex hotel in the new city Bình Duong.

On sat August 11 at 11-12 pm reception staffs all standing (4-5 staffs) but even did not asked if I need to check in or not. I had to wait in lobby while those staff girls chat with other male Chinese or Korean customers. They ignored me for more than 20 minutes. At checked out I already paid the whole packet with 2 adults and 1 child with Expedia (included exta guest fee $25.45) . However , on August 12 around 10 am, at check out, They charged me 450000dong for the child . I told them I already paid to Expedia . The manager (Trung )had to fix the bill. This was bad service of this 5 stars hotel.

Nice hotel.

Nice 5 star hotel. Great pool and gym nice rooms. Short notice stay and overall very good. Only dissappointment was the room allocated air con was stuck on 28. Aftee trying to fix midnight they changed room. Asked me what temp and i said 22. It was then stuck on 22 for my 2 day stay. Breakfast foom also hot but lobby good temp. Other than that nice place.
