Great place to stay

Room was small, but very complete and comfortable. For two people, it was tight. The room wasn't lacking anything but size. Free shuttle was to perfection! Any where on the way to the Disney parks, they were able to drop us off. The area was safe and convenient to the Aeon Mall and the train station.

The airconditioning was leaking fluid onto the bed whenever it was turned on. When we spoke with the staff, they were very kind to come try to fix it however their solution was not to turn the A/C that cold. The day after we tried turning on the A/C less cold but it still dripped non stop onto the bed. There were also visible stains on the curtains and the chair and you need to pay to use the TV. It's also quite a far walk to get to the station to train to disney and we did not use their shuttle as it would have taken longer to get to the parks.

Comfy stay for Disneyland

This hotel is located in Shin-Urayasu, which is close to Tokyo Disney Resort. If you get to this hotel from JR Shin-Urayasu station, you might need to catch a taxi. It would be very tough to get there by walk. You can get a quiet stay in this hotel. And guests can use the laundry machines. When it comes to transportation to the Disneyland, it’s quite convenient for the guests because they especially provide the free shuttle bus to us every day. In terms of these services and conditions, this place is recommended.

Disney- take the staff’s advice, book Disney Hotel

We chose this hotel because of it’s proximity to the Disney Parks. However, the entire experience was a mess. When we checked in the staff was rude and unaccommodating. The only plus was the room’s many amenities, which included many various toiletries and charging wires. Their free bus was behind the train station close to Disneyland, with a very long walk to the park. It was even more inconvenient with DisneySea since you had to take a monorail to the park. The bus did not have all day service. At the pick up times there was always too many people and not enough buses. The bus stops at two other hotels and buses were few and far between. Evidentially they were more than happy to leave us to your own devices. When I tried to asked the staff for more help and information, they rudely dismissed me and advised me multiple times to stay in a Disney hotel. In the end, I ended up using the bus once and taking a cab back because it wasn’t worth fighting for a spot on the bus. The attitude and treatment we received was appalling, and it was only with this hotel. This was not an issue with just some of the staff, but every staff member we encountered. The customer service we received was horrendous. I didn’t see any other foreigners there and now I know why. All in all, I would advise foreigners not to book this hotel if you’re planning to going to the Disney parks. It’s not worth the treatment and trouble you receive. Take the staffs’ advice, for Disney, stay in a Disney hotel.

It was raining. I asked one of the employee, I wish i can remember her name. She borrowed me umbrella to use. It was wonderful. The employee at the property is very caring and eager to help. that's a plus. I would definitely come back to this property next year with my family.

Very disappointing

I read some reviews saying that this hotel was convenient but I felt very liked to. The nearest convenience store is about 15 mins away with the hotel providing no dinner. And any shuttle out of the hotel is limited to early mornings and late nights leaving you to fend for yourself most of the day.

Great hotel for Tokyo Disneyland

For our family of 3, the room was right on. The location for those going to Tokyo Disneyland is perfect, looks far, however, the shuttle makes up for it because departs at 0730. Also, the shuttle brought us back to the hotel and all included.
