Our stay at CitizenM was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful and happy to give directions and recommendation which is super useful to tourists! The room was immaculate and to a very high standard I loved the free WiFi and the shower was heavenly. There’s no way it could have been improved! Thank you so much. I’ll be back!

Very small room, great location. 2 issues with staff. Bar downstairs would not wait on us or even acknowledge us. Not busy at all. Other was iPad that controlled room. Had to ask twice to get replaced. Great bar upstairs! Great location!

We arrived to CM late from our flight from London. From the moment we arrived at CM, we found it be just what we wanted. Excellent hospitality, modern yet comfortable interior. Our hotel room was so comfortable and quiet which is what we needed to recover from jet legged. The hotel has excellent proximity to the Broadway shows, restaurants, MOMA and Central Park. I will definitely be back!!

Everything was perfect. Great hotel, everything was up to date. Great location to time square and the subway. Will stay again. The front desk staff was awesome helped us booked a car to pick us up next day to take to airport.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was, hands down, the coolest hotel I have EVER stayed at (and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels). I haven’t been able to stop talking about this hotel since I checked in. I will 100% be staying their again!
