Perfect romantic turn down

I requested a romantic turn down and the team exceeded my expectations completely, the manager went out herself and brought everything I requested and more, (at the fee approved by me) The room was beautifully decorated. Loved it

Please Improve on the soap

I didn't expect to be changed by so much, there one little soap that breaks in to pieces on first touch.

Generally the service was good. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of supplies in the room. Bedside tissues and hair shampoo in the bathroom. If the lack of tissues in the room is linked to COVID, the hotel could opt for smaller packets or indivialised supplies of tissues.

Bad Breakfast

The breakfast was very disappointing. How can you serve chicken sausage with scrambled egg. That's like eating the mom and the child. They served pork assuages and they were raw and smelled off. I did complain to the desk and hoped that things would be different on my return trip but nothing had changed. Breakfast is important to me as I have a very busy schedule when I travel, I will definitely be looking fr a more suitable accommodation with better food. Also, even after advertising that cold beer could be purchased from reception, on none of my visits has there been any available.

Tiny room no view, not worth the money

The room was super tiny, there was no space to move around as the bed took up most of the space. I asked for 2 twin beds and got a double bed, but honestly 2 single beds wouldn't have fit in there. Toilet with a shower, clean but nothing else to mention. No sample shampoo or amenities. 2 servings of coffee available. No breakfast included with the price of R800 per night. Beautiful swimming pool at reception, but view of concrete buildings from the room. Definitely not worth the visit.

Convenient and comfortable

Our 2nd visit to this Road Lodge which is clean and comfortable and convenient for where we want to be in Centurion. The front desk staff can sometimes be a it surly but the venue works for us.
