We loved the 2 level set up of our suite. Very spacious and clean, one negative comment would be that the microwave still had food pieces left in it from previous guests. We visited in July, so AC made it comfortable. I wish the bathrooms had AC vents as well. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and size

Beautiful well maintained suite. Perfect for a family or large group. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Room was clean but a few missed spots.

Nice hotel

Great location, lovely decor and delicious breakfast. Had a few problems with the booking/checkin process but otherwise would recommend.

Our suite was welcoming, comfortable and super clean. We spent a lot of time out and about, but equally the suite provided a home-from-home base, where we could prepare a basic meal and unwind. The location was close to the old town, and also in walking distance or a tram ride from Wroclaw points of interest. We really enjoyed our stay.

Close to Old Town

Very pretty and clean room, staff helpful and polite. I was under impression there were coffee machines in rooms after reading other reviews but ours didn't have one. Although there was a note that coffee pods could have been purchased from reception... Small bottles of water were provided at some nights but not all so worth buying your own, shops are easily accessible and near the hotel. The tea tray consisted of English breakfast, coffee and sugar, no biscuits,milk or choice of tea bags but they have everything downstairs so I'm sure you could go and ask. No turn down service as advertised. Bathroom toiletries consist of bottle of soap by the sink and 2 in 1 wash by the bath, nothing else in the bathroom but again, shops are nearby and everything can be bought cheaply once there. There was a fridge in our room (102) even though it says on the hotel site that those are available on request. Iron and ironing board are already in the room too so no need to go down and ask.

The property is absolutely beautifully designed and maintained and the photographs certainly do not do it justice. The staff are amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast buffet was very varied and the choice was fantastic - very high quality. The property is in a brilliant position for seeing all that Wroclaw has to offer. I can certainly recommend the stunning penthouse!

Fab place to stay

Fabulous place to stay, immaculately clean, comfy and very friendly staff. They arranged very reasonable taxi transfers which were great value for money. Location is central for everything that you would want to do in Wroclaw. Would definitely stay again.
