Basic clean hotel. Advertised breakfast but nothing available except coffee. No bags of anything

Very nice stay. Double beds aren’t too good for a tall person like me, but overall a good stay.

I disliked not having breakfast. I understand that it is out of their hands, but it was disappointing.

The property was super clean, I felt like the front desk personnel should be wearing masks or at the very least there should be a protective plastic screen.

Room was nice and comfortable. It was clean and the bathroom was good size. It had microwave and coffee maker. Overall it was a good location and easy access.

Front desk clerk was really great when we came in. We got in late, she immediately noticed I had a cast on my foot and changed is to a first level room. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean well maintained friendly staff. Pet Friendly. A good restaurant and convenience store are very handy to get to.

...you're out! First room, STRIKE 1: the toilet bowl had fecal spattering on it. "Please give me another room." STRIKE 2: I knew something was up with the next room when I spotted the floor-standing fan in the corner. Sure enough, after perhaps 20 minutes, the air conditioner would not come on; the room was intolerably warm. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund, and STRIKE 3: I was told I could not get a refund that night because there was no manager there. STRIKE 4: as I waited at the front desk to be helped, another patron explained how his tub had several inches of shower water in it (it would not drain). Solution? The front desk handed him a plunger. WHAT?!?!?

Good clean place. Girl at front desk was great and very helpful. Would stay again. Great rates and a great steakhouse right across the street.
