Not a great experience
The location is very good. Checking in was easy and quick. People at the front desk were very pleasant. Nice and spacious rooms. Breakfast was dull, boring and repetitive. Everyday exactly the same items. Fruit wasn’t ripe in more than one occasion. Poor quality coffee. In a few occasions, house keeping didn’t leave towels or shower products. For two consecutive days my room wasn’t made till after 5pm and after i complained more than once to the concierge. The gym was small and cold. They needed better equipment distribution.

Good location for F1
Stayed here for F1 race. Everything about hotel good in respect of staff and bedroom. Very spacious. DId not like the bar on 28th floor as very smokey, and very expensive beer. Good location for transfers to F1 track, but the organisation by BIC could have been much better. The advertised buses did not operate as advertised and on one day 30 minutes after leaving hotel we arrived back to see if any more passengers wanted to go. Heard similar stories from other visitors. Hotel very close to Seef Mall and old fort, which are both worth visiting and near bus stop into city centre. VEry good cafe / restaurant close by called Take Away. DId not eat in hotel at all as like to venture out as much as possible. Would certainly stay here again

Nice Hotel in Seef business district
The check in was a little late as it seemed many guests had a late checkout. The lady at reception kept me informed of what was going on and how long it would be before I could check in to my room. The room was incredibly spacious which was nice. It was very clean with the exception of two stained cushions on the bed. The water in the shower was not as hot as I would have liked. The complimentary bottles of water were very welcomed and they were replenished daily which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly profissional customer services
the customer services is the best I've ever seen anywhere. I was visited by the front disk Manager Mr. Mustafa several times to make sure of the quality of the room and services. highly professional attitude to costumers. Because of the long stay (11 nights) and my business commitments awkward timings I was asking House keeping to service my room at random timings each day, and they never failed me once. Many thanks to all, and a big thump up to all of you.

Hotel has large rooms and very kind service staff. Rooms are clean but there is still upside potential. Restaurant is mediocre (when you order a 300gr steak it might happen that you get two small ones ´cause they do not have a 300gr). Especilly the wines are absolutly below average. If you wanna drink a nice wine, spend at least 100EUR per bottle - this will equal a market price of 8-10 EUROs. Minibar is too expensive for **** Hotel.
