We had an amazing week at Nayara. Great service, food and facility. We especially enjoyed the tours we went on with Alonzo and Mariela. Marlon was very helpful in arranging our activities there. Highly recommend!

Nayara Springs is by far the best resort that I have stayed at. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs. The amenities and rooms were also an amazing touch. We will definitely be coming back!

This property is amazing - the villas are gorgeous and the facilities are amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The food was delicious and there is a variety of day tours to take with qualified guides - I would not stay anywhere else in arenal

PHENOMENAL!!!! The best service, personal touches, quality food, and location. Loved every bit of it. With so many amenities inlcuded in the rate- this hotel is worth every penny. They accommadated our vegan diet, and really gave us a wonderful 'food experience'. Thank you to the entire staff for a very memorable experience.

Without a doubt, my husband and I would highly recommend Nayara Springs. Everything we wanted from our first Costa Rican experience. The rooms were beautiful decorated, very clean and the plunge pool made it over top. The food at each restaurant was fresh, well seasoned and offered authentic Costa Rican cuisine. The entire staff was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always went over top to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be back and be sharing our experience to our friends and family.

We were lucky to spend a full week at Nayara Springs and from the moment we arrived until we left, we were treated wonderfully and absolutely loved our stay. When we checked in, instead of standing at the front desk waiting to provide documentation, we were escorted out to their deck overlooking the Costa Rican rain forest. We were given a welcome beverage while Leo walked us through the paperwork, photocopied our ID, got our signatures, and showed us a map of the property. With Leo as our guide, we took a golf cart to our room where our bags were waiting and he showed us around the room. And what a room it was! He showed us how the infinity pool lights worked, the details in the bathroom, etc etc. That's how it started. For the rest of the week, we ate great food, were served by the nicest staff, especially at the Cielito Lindo pool bar! We had a couple of excursions (hanging bridges, Rappelling) , did the guided walk put on by Nayara Springs, had a couple of massages at the glorious spa, and generally were treated way better than we deserve! It was fantastic. Final story to indicate just how special this place was. We went rappelling through waterfalls one day and got soaked. We left our shoes on our deck hoping they'd dry out. Our cleaning staff noticed the wet shoes and sent them to be washed and dried. We didn't ask. But they noticed and took care of us. That's Nayara Springs in a nut shell. We've been home for three days and miss it already...

This is a beautiful property. Your villa makes it seem like you're the only ones there. Customer service is top notch. Everyone was so helpful, polite, and professional. Complimentary in-room breakfast was fantastic!! It was easy to get a spot by the pool, even late in the day. Everything was just exceptional

Best hotel in Costa Rica. We tried two (Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas and Tabacon Resort and Hotel) other one that are in the top 5, by Nayara Spring is by far the best one. They care about their customer and they are so attentive, so many little details. They truly feel like a place that want you to have a great experience, and not like other hotels that just want you to spend money in their property. We can't wait to go back there again.
