The location is great. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The bar area and lobby were small but very comfortable. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the suite is not actually a suite. It is s regular hotel room with a sleeper sofa. You will overpay is you book a suite.

Great Place. Only recommendation is that if you travel with a baby/child, you may want to ask whether rooms with a closed bathroom are available as it would make things easier with a toddler. But the staff were amazing, also with our little daughter!

We enjoyed a fabulous 3 stay at the Palazzo Navona Hotel in October 2019. I struggle to find anything negative about the hotel at all. Great location, 2 minutes walk from Piazza Navona and Pantheon, 5 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 30 minutes from the Colosseum, Palatine and Roman Forum and 40 minutes from the Vatican. We booked a Classic Room for 3 nights. It was on the small side but perfectly designed with a fresh modern feel. We were situated on the first floor on a side street and normally i would have asked for a higher floor but as the room was so nice we really didn't mind. There was some noise in the corridor from about 7 am with guests going to breakfast and slamming doors. The reception area included a really pleasant seating area and the bar and breakfast area were very nice. There is also a rooftop bar with views across the surrounding area from which you can see the roof of the Pantheon and various surrounding churches. The buffet breakfast was included in the cost and while it wasn't an extensive choice, the quality was still very good. The staff and service were excellent. The bar staff were happy to supply us with an ice bucket for our room each evening.The rooms also come with a complimentary minibar stocked with soft drinks and you only pay if you ask for it to be re-stocked. The room also comes with a smart phone which you can take out with you and use for local calls and satnav.
