The room is very spacious. It has a super big bed, i think more than king size, so comfy and good sleep. Room is above expectation. The property is a beach front property, great view, fresh air. It has a beautiful garden and landscape, you can find squirrel, birds around the property. It also has a huge garden with pond full of fish where your kids can feed them. Never bored being in the property. You can do walk, jogging, swimming both in the pool or on the beach. The staff really attentive. They remember your name front the front dest to housekeeping even the manager of the resort, makes you feel like home.

The hotel is dilapidated and in desperate need of modernisation. There is mold in the bathroom, the showers do not have hot water, the towels are old and stained as is the furniture. The F&B is very overpriced for the poor quality that's on offer. The hotel really should not bare the Ritz Carlton name until there is significant investment and improvement to the property.

Hotel located in Nusa Dua South (South of Bali) next to the Hilton or Kempiski. The hotel is massive on 3 main floors. View astonishing from the lobby ! The staff is very kind. For instance Nughan for the breakfast has always a special attention! The Beach grill restaurant has an amazing chef (delicious pasta / risotto) and the view at this restaurant is so beautiful and not to be missed. The hotel is very clean, however the rooms located in Building 2 (Standard room) are a little bit noisy and the view has nothing special - overlooking the garden (hardly see the sea). However, beds are very confortable and the terrace is fine and enjoyable. You have to know as well that the hotel DOES NOT accept bank notes of USD dated before 2013 (whereas it is possible to change them at the airport). Discovered this at the last minute as the hotel did not mention this earlier!

Excellent property for a family vacation. My 17m old loved ritz kids...the activities are well planned and the staff top notch- something new for each day The food options are plenty with a special ritz kids menu and kids breakfast buffet. Beautiful views and lovely staff. Would highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation especially if you have young kids

Not as expected but massage was good

Check in was not the best considering my membership as Ambassador Elite with Marriott Bonvoy. Front desk staff need to be trained to Ritz Carlton’s standards on customer service. The beach was a disappointment. The hotel is very clean. The best feature of the hotel is its massage service.
