Thre hotel is under renovation, but coming along great! Nice big hot tub and pool area is nice! Note there are not any restraunts on site as noted in the description. Its a bit noisy outside, so be prepared for that. Good breakfast and friendly staff!

Overpriced, poor service except for breakfast.

I get that hotels are going "green" by not having daily housekeeping service, but I went 5 nights without having my trash emptied, towels refreshed etc. Having to pay these rates with basically zero service isn't acceptable to me. I got attitude from the front desk manager when I tried to charge an item to my room because they didn't enter my card on file properly. More attitude when I asked for some lotion which wasn't provided in the room. This place has low-end amenities and service with high-end prices. The rooms were recently updated, good central location and good parking. The breakfast staff was great. The bike storage and laundry room were nice as well.

Clean, nice rooms

Rooms are very clean, bathroom is a bit small but doable. Rooms are large and have a nice sitting area.

The blankets need to be updated. They were very thin and didn’t keep us warm. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Great location

We stay in Moab 2 times a year and this was our first time in the middle of town. It was great to walk to our favorite coffee shop and restaurants. The hotel was clean and in good condition. The rooms and bathroom were larger sized. Easy onsite parking, but a little street noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Fun weekend get-away!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! Staff was friendly and helpful; outdoor hot tub, balcony with fire, free breakfast buffet, super clean room, amazing restaurants close by, Moab is of course spectacular, we'll be back!

This place is under construction, staff was super friendly but they should have done one floor at a time while doing construction. And limiting guess to the quite areas instead of all the construction workers outside your door working. Air tools and talking loud it was very annoying.

The continental breakfast alone is worth 5 stars. It's an actual buffet breakfast and delicious. The crew (Jorge in particular) were extremely helpful and kind. The hot tub was huge and a decent temperature. It also had the right chemical balance so it wasn't harsh on our suits or lungs. The front desk staff was very polite. Only downside was the place was under some construction but that will eventually be a good thing!
