Breakfast menu was not much. Cereal, whole fruit,apple or orange juice, coffee. No microwave in room. Can buy muffins, cookies, and various drinks but they are very expensive. $5.50 for muffin, $3 something for a cookie drinks over $3.00.

Well. Horrible stay. 1. Hadn’t been in my room only 35 minutes. When a house keeper barged in my room. No knock or no mask on. I told the front desk and that housekeeper wasn’t even supose to be on my floor. Hope the house keeper gets fired. 2. The put me in a room that faced the construction which I heard the next morning at 0600. Also, my room was right next to the elevator. The hotel was not that full. 3. Housekeeping had missed a big plastic cake tray that was left in one of the drawers. 4. Phone did not work in the room. 5. I missed breakfast 6-9. The front desk gal made me a breakfast bag which was nice. But the banana. was frozen and not even close to ripe. And the 2 boxes of cereal she gave me, forgot to give me any utensils. 6. Lastly. After telling all of this to the gal at check out. I have her my email address and she said she would get me a free night. I knew she was blowing smoke. Have not got my free night info and will never stay at this hotel again.

This was a last minute booking for me, the staff were excellent from the moment I walked in, to my check-out! Extremely helpful, polite and happy to assist. The room was clean as it should be and had everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast was a grab and go, a good enough selection. Location is good, Plenty of places to eat near by, and felt safe walking around. I'm very surprised its only 3 stars! Should I need a room again, this will be my first place to book.

This stay was not what I expected. I thought the service and overall room quality would be better. We had hair in our sheets. The refrigerator looked like it was not cleaned in weeks. There were excessive stains in the carpet and walls. The shower had hair and dirt in it. I’ve stayed at Hyatt’s before and this was by far the worse experience. Usually I am more then satisfied with Hyatt hotels, but this was an experience that did not satisfy me or my family. I did like the valet parking which was convenient. The valet personnel were respectful and professional.

We stayed 5 days and finally found a trash can under the desk - well- the trash can had trash in it........ not ours. Ewww What else didnt they clean?

We had a small girls night for our daughter's 17th birthday and our room was perfect!!! It was clean with an awesome view! It was perfect for her quarantine celebration!!! Thank you again!!

From the valet gentleman, to the front desk staff everyone was super nice and friendly. They made us feel very welcoming.

Staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and safe place to stay. Thanks for everything.
