Kevin took great care of us - even Christmas morning. We loved the room, location, sites, and amenities. We hope to be back soon!

Everything was well with the exception of the tv needs to be a bit larger, but with that the management and staff was parexcellent

We had a Tour of the property given by the owner herself, it was,quite informative she gave us history on the bed and breakfast. it was our anniversary, she surprised us with fresh fruit, a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries. I would highly recommend this property, you won’t be sorry!

Beautiful historic hotel, Dona and Kevin, the owners were very warm and welcoming, very hands on. The furnishings and individually designed and built rooms are worth the trip to Foley to see in your travels. A true historic landmark for So. Alabama worth the time, even for one night. Located in the heart of town, near shopping an ample dining options.

Viewed as a B&B nice historic building, comfybed. From practical aspect: Only furniture in room was a big bed, big dresser, a closet, and a chair. No desk for a computer. Internet was mostly not working while we were there. They only provided the password for the "free wifi" reluctantly -- on the second day there. Breakfast was cheap pastries, yogurt pots, and maybe 2 slices each of 3 cheeses, a luncheon meat, and a sausage, plus packets of instant grits and oatmeal. Coffee was OK, also tea and a selection of tea plus a couple of apples and some grapes. DEFINITELY overpriced for what you got, and NOT the place for ANYONE who needs to conduct business. Most of the time there was no one around, no one manning the desk. We had to literally wander the hotel and call "anyone there?" when it was time to check out (in broad daylight, on time). We will not be staying here again.

I came to check in and no one came to the door!! I called around midnight to let them know I’d be coming it went to voicemail and it says check in is up until 2am, I’m so up set I cannot sleep right now!! I have to get refund ASAP!! They could have easily look at their bookings and saw that there was someone else booked I don’t get it at all!!! Do I have to sleep in my car?? I’m asking Magnolia Hotel’s really?!

Our room was clean and had an updated bathroom. Staff is very helpful and friendl

Best experience I've had in years. And I spend 1/2 of every month in hotels. Will return.

Love everything above this classic and gorgeous place! And the staff is outstanding!
