Family trip to Zion

Great views from the hotel. Quite literally in the middle of all the natural beauty. The swimming pool has a great view which was great. Breakfast could have been slightly better. Checking in was just ok. Not as welcoming as one would hope.

Perfect with kids

Two hotels in one, both hotels share the pool area, kids loved: pink pong table, yard games, splash pad, hot tubs, adults enjoyed the two outdoor fireplaces, free breakfast but not much of a selection just basic stuff. Used the Outdoor grill to cook dinner one night no need to go out. Located close to the national park entrance. Lost power one night but hotel has a on site generator so elevators still worked.

EJS trip

Me and my wife where on our way to Moab for jeep event so we made reservations to stay here days ahead so we didn’t have to deal with any problem but midway there we got a call front there office to tell us they didn’t have a room for us and hung up and couldn’t get ahold of them ,I was very surprised coming from this hotel which I never had a problem before especially when I already had a reservation .terrible customer service leaving you stranded in the middle of the night on a sold out weekend

Great view with nice courtyard/pool area

We stayed at this hotel as part of a longer trip, and it was by far the best. The breakfast was actually delicious, the staff was nice, and the courtyard/pool area was great with multiple pools and hot tubs, games, and fire pits. This hotel is not within walking distance to shops, or restaurants but it’s only a few minute drive into the downtown area. The only complaint we had was that housecleaning did not sweep the bathroom during our stay and we desperately needed it as we had unknowingly tracked in sand from the park, and even though we hung up our towels to reuse (like the little sign said), they took them, so on day 3 of our 5 day trip there, we decided to just hang up the “do not disturb” sign on our door. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Close & quiet.

Really enjoyed the location. Quiet and just outside the downtown corridor. Minutes from restaurants & all amenities.

We were pleasantly suprised that the pool area was up and running, without the waterfalls, even though it was 20 degrees once it got dark. The pool is heated and they have 4 hot tubs. Fantastic getaway for the weekend.

Fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, kids loved it. Breakfast was good. Location was good, a bit away from the traffic and crowds of downtown, but a quick drive to most restaurants and attractions.

Nice staff

We liked it. The pools and hot tubs made for fun evenings after hiking all day. The staff was so extra nice!
