Nice clean simple hotel near the town cetre

They upgrade our room and it is big and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, because of covid, they serve breakfast in the room. The hotel is located in the central Fira, many restaurants and shops nearby, about 3 minutes walk from the bus station.

I absolutely love the rooms, especially the stone shower! Even though the breakfast room wasn't open, they brought us breakfast in our rooms. Delicious and convenient! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with our children. Thank you!

We were given an upgraded room in the Oasis Hotel due to renovations The accommodation and service by Frida, Demetrius and staff was exceptional. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Didn’t had time as our bus was leaving. But the breakfast looked good :)

Located within walkable distance to the bus terminus with good connectivity to all points of interest in Santorini. Decent breakfast in a cozy room, friendly staff. Located close to the square with nice restaurant choices.

The receptinist was vey kind. The palce is veey good for the proce.

I did not like bathrooms. Room smell got a friend sick

We had a horrible stay at this hotel, nobody should even book this hotel - it will spoil your Santorini experience. We arrived late and we had to check in ourselves - a note was placed at the entrance of the hotel with our room number - this was the only hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t have 24 hours reception. We were assigned a room at the basement, and was NOTHING like the photos. It was a total case of misrepresentation - Dirty/run down toilet, room smell like sewage, rooms had no privacy (People at the carpark could see our room through the window directly, the room key hole was so big you can totally see the room from outside). We stayed there for a night and left early next morning. The receptionist was rude too - nothing was good, not even the breakfast. Anybody should avoid this hotel at all cost.

We booked this hotel for the night since we were flying to Venice from santorini. It was a terrible experience but we braved it for the night. We were put in the basement. The pictures we saw on hotels.com was not what we got. Rust in the toilet and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in a year. The room was in the same area as the dinning or breakfast room where it seemed like the hotel workers came to get stuff all night. Couldn’t sleep. Thank God it was a night only. Just overall bad experience.
