Staff was great. Breakfast was good but dinner wasn't very good. Good location at reasonable rate. Beds were really comfortable . Lots of good restaurants close by.

Amazing service. Great room. Good pool and common areas. I would stay here again!

He front desk was wonderful and ao helpful. We were given free drink vouchers as well which was very cool. The hotel is very close to the everything, like a 10 maybe 15 minute walk to the beach and surronding area and Larcomar mall. Good eats all around the hotel.

Brilliant hotel, in an excellent location. Really GREAT staff, very friendly and helpful - from the door staff to the gym attendants, all lovely. The rooms are also a great size, very comfortable, with lots of great features and extra's. The spa bath's are amazing! Robes and slippers also provided in each room, and adjustable beds! :) The other features in the hotel are also great - welcome drink in the bar, buffet breakfast, swimming pool, sauna and steam room - all really great! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The pictures are what lured us into this place. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t terrible, but at the price point we expected more. The room was clean but dated. The bed was comfortable and actually had an adjustable base which was a strange surprise. The room was suuuuuuuper noisy despite being “sound proof”, we could clearly hear traffic at all times and could hear the people in the room next door. The main thing that disappointed us was looking forward to a nice soak in a two person jacuzzi tub in our room. First off, the door to the bathroom was like a puzzle trying to fit in the bathroom and close the door, the design is terrible. And the bathtub that lured us in was so cleverly photographed that one of use couldn’t even fit in it. Granted we are both taller than average but not larger than average waistlines. I found it very difficult to even use the shower. We had reservations here for our return to Lima and I cancelled it within 5 minutes of being in the room. The redeeming quality was the nice pool and sauna and breakfast. This hotel was probably amazing in 1980.

Hotel is walking distance to Kennedy park shopping center. Staff in hotel is nice but hotel itself rundown and smells like a damp

Old wore out room way way outdated and wore out . Carpet , chairs and bath all were old and gross .

The hotel is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities (including welcome drink, outstanding complimentary breakfast and upscale room furnishings), with the only concern being extra care required to avoid unusual fees/charges (e.g. $15 for lost plastic room key card).
