I was relocated to another hotel after other hotel guests extended their stay. I booked through hotels.com, whereas other members in my group booked direct. We were split up, which was inconvenient for our short business trip, but I found the staff helpful in assisting in adjusting the booking and making sure I was accommodated in a comparable hotel.

We loved this hotel. It’s newer, great rooms, great bed and AC. It’s in a less busy part of town so it’s very quiet. The staff was great, the gym was good, so was the lobby and bar. We didn’t eat there, but around the corner is a fantastic retardant for breakfast called MASA. We ate there three mornings! I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful (especially the bar & restaurant staff). With our event work schedule, they were very attentive to all our late-night requests and always did it with a smile! Their service extended to the drivers they hire to take us around the city! Will definitely be staying here each time I come into Bógota!

Great hotel if you want comfort, style and personality. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Also in one of the best areas in abigotado right now, Zona G.

PROS: Very good location, close to great restaurants and bars Osaki, Japanese restaurant on premises is very good and has room service CONS: Hotel is surrounded by taller buildings and a parking lot. My window (Tower 1- Rm. 503) overlooked the parking lot. So not your place if your looking for scenic, panoramic, or "green" city views. Make sure you like the decoration of your room. My wife found the painting in ours a bit sad and threatening--it depicted a black and white graffitti of a sad looking man behind a wired fence. Not very relaxing. SUMMARY: Functional and good value for money. Recommend if you are looking for a good and safe location, like quirky interior design, and do not care about city views.

We were bumped from the hotel and did not stay there. At the last minute, as we were boarding to go to Bogota, we were told that a diplomatic group extended their stay and they needed to move us to another hotel for 2 nights and then back to them for 1 night . Very disappointing. A Colombian friend intervened and arranged for us to stay at the Four seasons, which was lovely.

I’ve been staying many times at this hotel and I always want to come back. No complains, very comfortable and particularly good service

The Artisan DC es un hotel boutique muy confortable, y bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la Carrera 7 que permite movilizarse rápidamente por Bogotá. A una corta distancia se encuentran la zonas de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. Los cuartos son amplios, y los baños impecables.

Es un hotel muy acogedor los empleados son muy amables y la ubicación perfecta lo recomiendo para un fin de semana en pareja.
