Upon arrival I was treated with lights off in the office and a “who are you!?” from a half asleep woman. Room and bedding is very clean and comfortable. Would be nice if they had a small fridge to store snacks. Most people travel to wine country to try and buy wine and cheese, cured meats, olives, etc always go good with wine. Small fridge would be nice.

I love the hotel. Staff was nice and very accommodating. The place was perfect for a couple that wants a relaxing getaway without having to deal with too many people. Very peaceful and close to all the bigger wineries.

The room was very clean and cozy but the facility is right next to the highway and there was no security at the gate which made me a little nervous at night. The garden needed lots of attention or maintenance and we were told that breakfast was at 8am but it was not ready until after 9am. So yes we were a bit disappointed.

Great service, and the rooms were in great condition clean and with all the essentials to have a great get away ...

Hotel Bottega was delightful, it is easy to find on the highway and a beautiful location. We went in off season so the grounds are a bit deserted but it was lovely.

Our only complaint was the website had a restaunt, wine tasting, amphitheater on site or next door, but when we arrived were told it was closed for the season. No mention of season. Otherwise very nice.

This was our first trip to Valle De Guadalupe. The images for this hotel looked great and although the hotel was nice and quaint it was awful at night. We stayed in the master suite which unbeknownst to us faced the main road. We were up all night listening to cars pass by and the roar of semi-trucks. A very sleepless night.

The restaurant and bar weren’t open, which was extremely disappointing since that was the main reason we decided to stay at this hotel. The “continental breakfast” was a joke. They had a plate of old fruit, fruit loops, and container yogurt. No milk. The coffee was old and when making new coffee, the pot wasn’t cleaned.

It was a shame the restaurant was closed there and i wasnt informed about it.
