The room was clean and modern. The only bad was that the room was located in the main hall and we had a lot of hall noise as everyone passed by to leave or go to breakfast. Location to town and beach was great.

For one, I really appreciated the diversity a much needed treat in the climate we are living in. Beautiful to have some sistas working the breakfast bar which was quite impressive I must say for covid and good safety precautions. The young ladies were a pleasant start to an early morning. I liked it so much I just booked a room for next week for much needed beach and hiking therapy. Cause you can't pricetag your mental health. And Lincoln City beaches and hikes are soul therapy. Plus good food around.

Great stay- they have a system worked out so that families can still use the swimming pool privately and safely

out of the 10 or so hotels we stayed in on this trip this was the cleanest, we even felt comfortable using the tub :)

Room was Kinda loud being next to the icemaker and elevator other than that the room was look like it was newly remodeled

Upon arrival we were told the Oceanside suite we booked wasn’t available. They gave us a regular room for the price that we paid for a Oceanside suite. Upon checking into the room we found our toilet overflowing with poop. Waited an hour for someone to come fix it because we had dinner reservations and wanted to shower because we came from the beach. They couldn’t fix it so they later gave us another room, we missed our dinner with friends after driving 4 hours one way and on top of that couldn’t sleep because our neighbor had the tv so loud. We tried calling the front desk twice but no one answered.

Great stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to everything, friendly staff, and comfy bed. They went the extra mile to make out stay during the pandemic comfortable and accommodating. Will defiantly stay again.

Decent hotel, clean. The breakfast was pretty good, there was a good variety.

The pool was closed, the elevator was broken, and the breakfast staff told us how much food we can get. There was Keurig in the room but no coffee to go with it. There was 4 of us and they only supplied us with 2 towels. I have never had such a bad experience at a Holiday Inn.

Body wash dispenser had no soap in it, our 2nd room had no shampoo. Two wash towels per room meant for four so we had to use hand towels to wash with. My 8 year old found a knife blade sticking out one of the heat/ac units.
