Absolutely loved the staff over there! Unfortunately, a lot of the spa facilities were not working like the hammam, steam and sauna and etc which for high season and such a short trip was not great. The rooms could be a little cleaner ie dust the corners not just the main bits you can see. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely go back and would recommend

The property was cosy with good access to the sea good welcome drink and fruit basket. But, We booked a private pool suite which was not so private as we shared the pool with others. Also, the booking was all inclusive but they charged us for the minibar!!!!!!!!

Beautiful resort! You cannot beat the beach vista or crystal clear infinity pool views. The food was amazing; civiche and octopus and prawns, oh my! The all inclusive was a tremendous value with all the food and beverage options. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly! The entire staff. No exaggeration. They think of everything and spare no expense in making your trip convenient and comfortable. The on-site spa was a nice treat. We enjoyed a relaxing massage to top off the vacation. If Rhodes was closer we would be there every holiday!

Despite of small things we had a great time. Too mach wind on a beach, but still was possible to swim.Staff was trying to do their best. Food was not so perfect

The hotel and room were really nice, very maintained and it has a luxury feeling. We were upgraded to a suite for our first 2 days. Since it was our anniversary we got champagne to the room. Few small disadvantages: 1. Only 3 shuttles to the city, morning and evening only 2. even though you pre-paid for meals, they still charge you for drinks- not even tap water. That means you have to pay extra each dinner 3. Food isn't great. Would have prefered eating in the city. 4. Nothing to do in the hotel area In total: I would highly recommend this place. Glad I chose it

We had travelled to this hotel for our honeymoon. Amazing views from our private rooftop plunge pool and suite!

Felt welcome the moment we arrived liked the separate booking in facility after booking one of the beach front grand suites. If I had to put one negative that would be the sun loungers in the suite ar The staff are very friendly and helpful and always available to answer any questions.

This hotel is attached to the Ixian Grand and is not a separate hotel, it has a separate reception and a Private restaurant close to the rooms, the restaurant called Alazonia was superb, staff were exceptional throughout hotel, we didn't try any of the other restaurants as the service and privacy at the Alazonia was excellent (Nikos and staff were outstanding). Now this Hotel has a 5 star rating, on arrival and generally I would agree, but we had a few minor issues with room, that I would not expect to see at such a rated hotel, most notable was missing or cracked tiles in bathroom, the silicone seal around the spa bath was not sealed and grubby, the shower cubicle was poorly fitted, there was a couple of cockroaches lurking around also, the other minor things that were noticeable were things like repairs in plastering and painting were not to a high standard, there were other minor things that you notice if you start to look but nothing that is enough to make your stay un-enjoyable. The private pools that go with these rooms are superb and seating/deck chairs were basic and standard, a slightly better quality and comfort would justify the higher room cost, which is the same throughout the room with some of the finishings. Generally the room seemed clean but a couple of times after room was cleaned we found hair clumps and even toe-nails that had obviously come off the cleaning mops/brush heads from previous rooms that had been cleaned. Overall it was enjoyable to stay here.
