The hotel was very nice.First stay at a Microtel .Of course with covid things were a little different .Missed the coffee pot .Beds were comfy . My only concern was pricing for off season.Most of the front desk was friendly but one did not even acknowledge us upon return. All guests should be greeted appropriatey.It means alot in these times .Thanks

Hotel was fine for a two star. Breakfast was cereal and croissant that you had to ask for. Hotel was new and clean, but overpriced for what it was. Rooms on the west side are a little noisy due to traffic.

The property is well kept, fairly quiet and no matter which side of the building you face, you have a welcoming view. Situated central to Georgetown, DE this property is within walking distance of the city center (although remember it's pretty country so no real sidewalks so to speak). It's less than a 30 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach (Atlantic Ocean) and the boardwalk. Due to covid the free breakfast was a grab and go. Best breakfast I've been provided at value hotel. You had a choice of cereal or a sausage, cheese and egg sandwich on an english muffin. I couldn't get over how delicate the egg was on this sandwich and the flavor combo was just the comfort food I needed given I was there for a funeral. There is a nice outdoor pool with decent furniture surrounding that was still available to use after Labor Day which while I didn't need it, I had thought about doing some reading on the chairs outside. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay but a little ride to the beach. The staff is the best thing about this place as everyone is friendly and always willing to help. We left early in the a.m. and the ride to the beach was about 20 minutes with no traffic. On the way back you can hit the outlets so a win for those who like to shop!

The good: new hotel, just off of Rt 113 in Georgetown, close to many restaurants and stores, very comfy bed, COLD A/C. Breakfast was pretty good. Not so good: only one chair in the room and one table, TV was mounted above desk so it was like watching it being in the front row of a movie theater. Plus that meant one of you ate at the desk, the other on the bed. Water pressure was low in the shower almost be a trickle and the shower wand hose was hard to move (too stiff). Also, a couple of restaurants nearby had some pretty rude employees. Our first night we arrived late and we were hungry. We went to the KFC/Taco Bell right across the road. They were supposed to be open until 11. In the drive-thru no one everasked for our order. We pulled up to the window and saw two employees cleaning up. They were ignoring us. The time was 10:55. I tooted my horn once and after no response, knocked on the window. No response, so we left and found a McDonalds nearby (and with that it still took them almost 15 minutes to fill two simple orders). The morning we left, we stopped for coffee at Dunkin Donuts. They weren't scheduled to open until 5 a.m. and it was 4:50 but the drive-thru was open. Our order didn't have sugars. The server had already walked away so we waited until she saw us again. She ignored us so I knocked on the window. She came over and I asked for the sugars. She said don't knock on the window. I said what else could I do and she said I don't know but don't do that. Huh?

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My favorite person was the breakfast person Taylor. She was a delight to see in the morning and so accommodating to my families needs and wants. She always greeted us with a beautiful good morning and wished us a good rest of the day. She was well prepared and the breakfast sandwich was a nice hot breakfast. It is the little things that put a good hotel in a 5 star category. She deserves a recognition for taking pride in her job and working hard. My only complaint is the shower head and pressure were awful. It sprayed every which way and you did not get the feeling of a full soap rinse. I would definitely stay again and will recommend it to others.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side but we were only in them to sleep. Due to covid, they were offering breakfast in a bag. I've stayed in three hotels in the last two weeks, and this breakfast in a bag was the best one!! Very happy they had the pool open. We had a great time at the Microtel.

Very clean facilities, plenty of parking, breakfast very good

Hotel was fine, clean, tidy. Slick European design However, In 3 days, the bed was never made, nor linens changed. Evidently, all things need to be asked for. Granted this was during COVID restrictions, but coffee machine was out but no creamers or sugar choices. Breckfast was suppose to be available, but not unless it was asked for. Staff was slow. Only person friendly was the maid, but she still didn't make the bed.
