I booked a reservation for White Mansion Boutique when I was kicked out of my quarantine hotel and needed to quickly find a hotel that accepts pets (cat). I received a warm welcome and was very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. I was impressed with the grand staircase and the feel of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating when I had to extend my stay until I could locate an apartment. The hotel was very quiet and the free breakfast was divine. In fact, I was so pleased with the customer service (and delicious breakfast) that I tried to patron Le Cafe once a month to show how much I enjoyed the place. Fast forward one year...Unfortunately there was an issue with boarding my flight and I had to immediately find a hotel; nevertheless, White Mansion Boutique was the first on my mind. Even though I arrived at 11:30 pm I still received a warm welcome from the security guard. And once again, I had to extend my stay and they were nothing but accommodating. Really top notch customer service all around (hotel staff, cafe staff, cleaning ladies, security guard). I HIGHLY recommend a stay at White Mansion Boutique!!

Ok but not quite living up to the hype

Very nice hotel with excellent staff . Great spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with excellent quality linen . Bathroom was good although surprisingly for an hotel with somewhat of an American connection, the shower was very disappointing, no rainforest and it wasn’t at all powerful. Did the job though. Nice towels. unfortunately inconsiderate people above made far too much noise continually pacing backwards and forwards at all hours, the staff did their best by asking the inconsiderate people to be quieter and consider people below. This had no effect so they moved us to another room. Obviously the rooms are not soundproofed. Breakfast was excellent, the french boulangerie attached to hotel is very good. The photos online of the pool are very selective and do not truly reflect the somewhat closed in feel of the pool which has a very high walled building right next to the pool making it feel quite claustrophobic. On the whole , not much to complain about , but do think it is overpriced for what it is. The Pavilion which is not far away is far superior. Totally in a different class. And it’s cheaper ! We were there immediately before going to the White Mansion and I wish we had not moved from there .

Best Maintained Hotel in SE Asia!

The White Mansion is a lovely property with expansive, high-ceilinged rooms, classic styling, comfortable beds, salt-water lap pool, and impeccable cleanliness. The attention given to cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel exceeds anything I've seen in the 35-40 hotels I have stayed in the last 12 months in SE Asia. . . including Singapore. The linens were perfect, the walls had no mars or scuff marks, the furniture free of dust, grime and scratches. It lives up to the property name only because the staff were out washing the building to remove the effects of the city air allowing the white façade to shine its brightest. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and the made-to-order breakfast at the restaurant (Erik Kayser Paris Café) was delicious (additional coffee would have been nice however). And for business travelers, the WiFi speeds were far above average for a hotel property which is important for connecting with the office.

Outstanding hotel. The building and the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Cambodia.

Very lovely hotel!!

Well appointed beautiful hotel (former residence of US ambassador) with an attached French Cafe (breakfast is served there) is spotless clean, conveniently located, with super hospitable staff! We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend it to everyone (they have rooms for comfortable family stay too)!

An amazing property in the center of the city. The staff was superb. Large comfortable rooms, lovely welcome drink and fruit in the room. Fantastic onsite restaurant. I highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely helpful friendly staff. Nice pool area to swim and relax. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Also nice for coffees d cake later in the day
