They say first impressions are everything. There was a dirty-looking city trash can with a hap-hazard dirty bag of garbage next to it at the stairs to the room. The bedside table had something sticky on the top near the bed and on the floor near the bottom there were crumbs of some kind. The top sheet had a few very small brown spots right where the top of my body had to touch it. The coffee pot had coffee dried up in it and the filter compartment was dirty. The floor of the shower was black from dirt and there were shampoo drip marks down the side of the built-in seat along with on the floor of the shower. Very disappointing.

The property was clean and nice. The room did not have pots/pans or any type of place. Since the room had a kitchen I wasn’t expecting not to have any of that. Wish that was stated in the description. But other than that the facility was great !

You should offer more amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner (we only had shampoo and no hand soap) Also leaving vending open until after 8 would be nice. But we just needed a place to lay our heads and for that it’s just as expected.

Front desk called and said our key was under the mat and nobody would be in the office. When we got there it was super creepy, looked like people live there, and there was no key under a non existent mat. We called the emergency number multiple times and left messages with no returned call. We ended up having to get another room, but with the atmosphere here it wasn’t a bad thing!

Very polite and friendly staff, check-in is super easy and check out was fast. Room is nice and you have a lot of room. Love the whole apartment/condo feel of it. The location is convenient to restaurants my only complaints are that the bed was kind of stiff, not a lot of pillows and that they hadn’t opened their pool yet. Otherwise good place for the value.
