Good place to stay

This hotel was very clean and fresh. I had difficulty with the heater in my room but the staff was very prompt in coming to the room to deal with it. I would stay here again.

Not staying here again.

Booked a pet friendly room days before arriving, when I entered my room there was already a message from the front desk. The woman stated she didn’t know I was travelling with a dog. The conversation ended with her locating the email I received from the hotel confirming me a pet friendly room for my stay. The room was to be cleaned on the third day as stated on their policy, only it wasn’t cleaned. The room key would be deactivated daily causing me to have to get it deactivated at the front desk or they issued me a new room key. I had to ask for additional towels during my stay as the room wasn’t cleaner nor re-stocked. The staff was friendly upon my arrival however when she thought I was trying to sneak my dog in the room her tone and demeanour changed. Once she found I was to be in a pet friendly room than she attempted to tone down her rude attitude.

Great value.

I stayed in the Suite with my kids and it was great! Very clean, and the bath tub was to die for. Only downside was the noise, but management nipped it in the bud real quick. The location is close to a lot of things such as Timmies, WhiteSpot and little shops in the area. The hotel staff was great!!

I am a Travel Agent and My stay at this Hotel was great. The rooms are clean and very convenient to parking. The front desk staff were great. Its close to Restaurants. I would highly recommend this Hotel for your stay

The lock did not work The shower curtain needed replacing-to h red bottom was stained Not enough towels The paint on the bathroom ceiling was blistering -needs new paint. Other than that it was clean and a nice place to stay.
