Great to be able to stay in park

This is a nice, clean hotel within walking distance to Old Faithful so location is fabulous! Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Still a lot of covid restrictions in place so all food is to go. General store and gas station right next door for snacks, too. Can't beat the location!

Great location. Room average, not my favorite

Basic rooms 2 queens a small window looking at the visitor center with old faithful blowing above it. Stairs and elevator, food to go. Nowhere to eat it when cold except room, understandable.

Will be coming back again post-Covid

Great experience! Gorgeous hotel. Covid certainly made things very difficult getting food (and the food we got wasn't great), but the staff were doing the very best they could. This would have been a perfect rating if it were not for Covid.

limited services

I realize we are under restrictions because of COVID but it seems that even though the service you receive when staying at a hotel has virtually disappeared, prices have remained the same. No daily room service, only limited food services with very restricted menus, no bar services, etc.

Old and dirty, not worth the price

Extremely overpriced for what you get. You pay for the location and nothing else: the hotel is old, room, carpet and furniture are outdated, gross stain on the elevator floor, yellow bed sheets, dirty bathroom floors. It's one thing to stay in a place that is old, but this one is also dirty, which is concerning in covid times. I expressed my disappointment by answering to their automated check-in text, this was left unaddressed. They know they have no reason to improve since there is zero hotel competition inside the park. The check out consist in having guests dropping off their key in a box and conveniently having no staff around to ask how the stay was. Not worth it, save money and book a much nicer place right outside the park.

You could not pay me to stay at this place again! No wifi, no tv, cabins had no phones in case of emergency. Staff did not care that that people were slamming doors till 2am every night, and walking around like elephants all the time. I was sick all week because food was not fresh. Never again!!!!!
