It was ok, there was a mixup with my reservations. They dont have joint rooms but we did get 2 rooms next to each other. I feel like we shouldnt have done the pay on site option and just paid online. Rooms were freezing even with the heat on. Hot tub was down so that was disappointing but kids still jumped in pool for a few mins. No breakfast options at all which is not what online says. Overall, if you need to this is an ok spot.

When I first arrived at 8pm, the staff in the lobby was not using a mask even though there were signs posted explaining that masks should be worn at all times (due to the current Kansas state law requiring a mask in indoor spaces). When I was checking in, the attendant had the incorrect room reservation for a handicap room for me, but first informed me that they only had one and he laughed off that he was glad i didnt need it since it was currently out of service, making this hotel not compliant with laws requiring facilites and rooms for people with disabilities. When I was checking out the next day at 7:30am, I went to the lobby to find the desk attendant and a male guest chatting, both without masks and less than 6ft apart, standing next to signs saying "wear a mask out of respect for me and you." I kept my distance and waited for 10+ minutes as they continued to talk until the male guest realized I was there and excused himself. Following that I checked out and said "miss, you really should be wearing a mask too". She then started to argue with me that she did "not have to because she was safe behind the desk since guests wouldnt get closer than 6ft". I explained back that the man who just left was clearly less than 6ft away from her and she continued to try to argue with me that she did not have to follow the current KANSAS STATE LAW for this or that reason. I said that I did not want to argue with her and left.

linda loves every thing about hotel

I’ve stayed here before because of the pricing and convenient location. Although clean, I felt that this property seems “tired”. Towels with holes, window shades w holes and wouldn’t close all the way, the toilet would clunk upon standing. Maybe, better vacuuming along the edges of the room would be good too!

Hotel was nice, great for last minute booking

The hot tub was still busted from when were down in February. One of the doors didn't work. Cleanliness has gone down and breakfast was a joke

We were placed in a building separate from the main building. The room was smaller than advertised (especially the bathroom).

Needs to be updated, I didn’t appreciate being put in the motel section of the hotel. Carpet felt damp, some other guests must use this as their home. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was disappointed.

Ok for a night

I want to start off by saying that the hotel clerk I dealt with when checking out named Neal was absolutely awesome! The hotel also is close to the university. I booked the hotel on 5/31 and selected pay at the hotel. When I got my Visa bill, the hotel had already charged me and charged me twice. I emailed them and never got a reply, so I figured I would just address the issue when I got there on 7/25. When we arrived, I brought it up with the hotel clerk (not Neal) and he said it was a hotels.com issue and I would need to work it out with them even though the Visa bill clearly said Quality Inn & Suites. I get my room key and was very disappointed to find that our room was in a separate building from the main hotel that you see in the picture. We were in a building where your room is right off the parking lot and not inside the building, which I prefer. We had very little water pressure in the sink. Every time we opened the door, flies would come in due to the overflowing trash can not too far from our room. When my daughter tried to take a shower, she only got really hot water. We could not get the cold knob to turn. The worst was that the Internet service was awful. My husband was able to log in, but it was very slow for him. The rest of us got messages saying we were too far away from the network. Hotel.com couldn't refund our money since I selected pay at the hotel, but they did try to contact the hotel about being charged twice, but got no answer.
