Excellent location to walk from train station, very modern, friendly staff and fantastic tasty breakfast. Bed was super comfy.

Great stay at this hotel. Attention to detail was excellent. They saw I had my birthday while we were there by the cards, and gave us a voucher for a few drinks and a cake. All staff were great, especially Jinky at breakfast.

Very charming hotel with good services. Located near the station and within walking distance of most city landmarks. Rooms are very comfortable and service is prompt and efficient.

Fabulous hotel. Loved the breakfast. The spa was amazing. Would definitely definitely return. Staff was extremely helpful in calling my next hotel to arrange a taxi pickup from the train in Barga. A gem.

The property was everything we hoped for and more. It is a real gem and the grounds are like an oasis in the heart of the city centre. My wife & I celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there and we went for the suite with a view. We were so happy that we did. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was really comfy and we also appreciated the rain head shower. We ate the restaurant downstairs and in the room. In both cases the service was fast. Also, Theresa recommended a local restaurant that we had the most amazing meal. We also ran into a problem where our return flight got cancelled and we had to stay an extra night. The whole front desk team volunteered to help and got us a room (different one, but that didn't matter) for a reduced rate. That meant so much to us; since we were under some pressure. The only slight draw back is the room was hot. For some reason, when you open the window and close it, the heating system defaults to 23°C; which is much too warm for our liking (we normally like it around 16. For sure we will stay there again when we return.

Amazing property! Service was great and breakfast included was delicious. They packed us a to go bag for each day which came in handy during our excursions. Highly recommend and love that it was extremely close to the train. We had huge luggage and a few extras and it was easy and simple to get to the train station. I can’t say more about the staff except that they were helpful and at our service.

The customer service is very , good location 15 minutes walk to the main attractions in florence. the rooms very clean and all renovated, the breakfast is delicious. the reception could not be better we were met at the front desk by the super attentive Francisco and gave us very good local restaurant tips. We had a very good time.
