Old, musty and dark

Hotel is old and has an enclosed pool on the interior of the building with rooms surrounding it so it has a damp and musty slight chlorinated smell throughout. My room was on the inside facing the pool so it had no natural light and the light was on in the pool room all night. Carpets in the room was old, the paint was darker colored and with the poor room lighting had a dark and dreary feel.

Pleasant overnight stay

Clean and comfortable airport hotel. Good WiFi and breakfast. Fine for an overnight stay after a late flight into Boise. The hotel sent a car to pick us up at 1:00AM. Much appreciated. There was quite a bit of traffic noise from the freeway, so ask for a room at the back. Friendly helpful staff.

Great place to stay

Great inexpensive place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good though basic. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Easy to access from airport or interstate.

Early flight

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and professional. Highway noise in room was terrible. I choose this hotel based on the reviews for an overnight stay to catch an early flight as it was reasonably priced and close to airport.

Room was NEVER serviced even when requested!!

First of all, in order to get your room serviced you have to request it. The third day of our stay we went to the front desk around 9am to request service but there was no one at the counter. A few feet away in the employee area a woman had her back to us and was doing something on her phone and saying the F word to her fellow maid and laughing. I got her attention and told her we wanted our room serviced and she told me to wait for the guy to come back and that he’s on the phone with his boss. She explained that we would tell him and he would inform her and the other maids. Very annoyed at this point I told her we’re going to skip a step and I’m going to tell her to add our room to be serviced. She finally asked what room number and what we wanted serviced; it’s unreal they won’t just look around and do what’s necessary. We told her and she said she’d do it herself. We came back at 5:20pm that day and NOTHING was done. The trash full, no clean towels, no hand soap, it was unbelievable they did nothing. The next day we hung out a sign on the handle that requests maid service; once again no one came. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen and yet I would see maids coming walking around the hotel 3-4x a day! I know most businesses are short staffed but this place needs an overhaul in new employees. I will never stay here again.

Rooms need updating. A little more info re wifi etc would have been nice.

Amazing

It was Avery clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good. The attendant at night for the weekend from 3-11 was awesome.

Fantastic for the price. Shower had low water pressure but that was the only inconvenience.
