This hotel has character and has a great location in town, All the staff is wonderful and helpful. The roof top restaurant is also handy for breakfast and has excellent lunches.

Great location for walking to the ferry. Broken air conditioner first night. Next day moved to room with working air conditioner. C-o-l-d shower two mornings out of three.. Not even a hint of tepid. Said there was only solar water heat and it was cloudy. No back up ability to heat water. Restaurant closed Sunday night; had to taxi to get dinner. Good enough breakfast at separate charge. People at desk helpful when available but often were not there when needed. I read the reviews before I booked this hotel. Amazed no one else mentioned cold showers.

Do not stay there. Place is outdated, needs a good cleaning, the fresh linens and towels.

If you find yourself needing to spend the night in Kingstown, then this is the place for you. It’s in a lovely old historic building with stone walls and sweet little touches throughout. Nothing fancy, but totally comfortable and central, and the staff was nice and helpful too.

OK for one night stay. Arrived around 8.30 and restaurant and roof bar closed? Fortunately excellent bar restaurant below open so able to get much needed drink and snack.

For the price the room was great. The place was clean and service friendly

Staff was great. Room was clean but could use updating. Very noisy on street side.

Aircon in room 7 not working adequately. Entire property needs renovating. Rooms are old, not up to modern standards. However, excellent location for business in Kingstown and affordable.
