Might be described as basic but comfortable. Convenient location and plenty of helpful tips about the map of the town.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Reccomend to everyone.

Clean room and bathroom, spacious room.

First impressions were that this building was very old and down a long driveway away from the street and no ither cars in front of any if the hotel rooms which made me dubious. I was however greeted by a lovely young woman at checkin who gave me information on places to eat and walked me to my room to show me how the air conditioning worked. Being a girl on my own i was conscious of several male indigenous that presented themselves whilst i was unpacking to my room and it made me nervous to be honest. However i had no trouble and the room whilst old was very spacious, clean and the area quiet. It was very centrally located and easy walk to the esplanade. Its definitely a budget hotel but good value for what it is. The bed was very comfy too and shower good.

Very clean, friendly staff and right in centre of Innisfail. Only thing was the a/C struggled to cool the room. But other than that, a great hotel.

Great place to stay and owners are excellent in every way

Jovial host made check in pleasant. Centrally located , and the nearby Crown Hotel serves good meals - albeit a bit noisy on a Friday evening. Room was clean and generally satisfactory.

It was in the centre of Innisfail so you could walk to the shops and riverfront. Greg was an exvellent host full of information

Perfect for a single traveller. Basic, but had everything needed. Price great value
