Clean, tidy, check in was easy!

Very clean, excellent location, contactless check in.

We were very happy with our room, but no pen to fill in questions about Covin.

As usual it was clean. However the wash basin taps could not be turned on so I had to use kitchen sink for teeth cleaning etc. The hot tap in the shower came off while I was in there, resulting in minor burn on one arm as I struggled to put tap handle back on and turn off the tap. I suggest a decent plumber update these taps! Unit 17 faces street so traffic was noisy. Didn't see any staff to report these issues. Very impersonal!

Lovely gentleman at reception, room was incredibly clean and cozy. Quiet at night time even being on the road it's on.

Overall the property was neat and tidy and good value for the price. My only issue was about the bedding. My children had just a very thin blanket to keep them warm. No doona (like the double bed). We had to put them to bed in their jumpers. They ended up joining us in our bed (not very comfortable with the four of us together!) as they were really cold during the night.

The staffs are great, very kind and helpful when you need it.

Although it is fairly basic accommodation it is perfect for overnight work visits, which is what I look for. The rooms are clean and tidy and the staff very helpful.

The staff at Canberra Ave Villas are very welcoming and keen to make your stay a good one. The villas themselves are quite large and well equipped. The location is very close to Queanbeyan CBD. If you are looking for an affordable accomodation package the value for money is very good.
