Lovely! Very helpful staff, clean cabin, plenty to do at the park, would definitely come back.

Love every bit reception ladies were all great friendly and communication was great. Facilities were very good and clean. Quiet area which was good and the pool right next door which 3 year granddaughter loved

Cabin was clean. We got a free upgrade on arrival. Staff were great. Close to the city.. I booked an extra 2 days when I arrived I liked it that much!

It was refreshing to go somewhere where the customer service was excellent. Our stay was great and next time we plan to stay longer. Very clean and quiet. I would have no hesitation recommending Eureka Holiday Park to anyone.

The neighbours aircon unit blew air constantly onto our outside sitting area. There was no outside tap beside our unit.The wifi disconnects frequently through the stay. The girls at the office were very helpful.

Great little cabin. Good location, out of the way of the main noise of the city but still close to the main street (about a 5 min drive). The onsite Mini golf was great for the kids. Access to the swimming pool next door is a great asset

The only thing that would make this better than any other place is the mini golf needs better signage and repair. We didn’t now were the gate was till the last day and it was only 50 metres away

We stayed in one of the original cabins. We needed just a bed for the night and was fine for one night. Next time would book the more expensive cabins though Only suggestions : Cleaners to pay attention to the outside of the shower base, lot of green mould in the groves in the en-suite block aside to the cabin.

The bed was very soft that we both rolled into the middle. Both had sore backs in the morning. Stove was very outdated and took a long time to heat up
