Clean and nice room.The owner Brent was very friendly and provide good service.

Room was tiny with nowhere to sit - except outside in the patio. Also there was only one tiny sink which was in the bathroom to wash cups and collect water for the kettle. The situation was great but whoever designed the studio was not up to the task. A request for a later check out was refused even though there was nobody waiting to check in and cleaners did not arrive till much later.

This was a great location for visiting Port Arthur. The house was clean with a beautiful garden and it was lovely walking down to the water behind the property.

Absolutely fantastic property and service.... I can not speak highly enough of this experience, we didn't want to leave.

Lovely welcome on the sign outside my door. Emails with directions and lovely personal chat as I enjoyed the gorgeous view of the waterfront. Gardens a dream -I will definitely return here!

The communication from the beginning was excellent. Upon arriving we were welcomed and felt immediately at home. the owners could not do enough for us.The unit was very good and clean with two bedrooms and plenty of room.as there were three of us. We were only a very short walk to the bay shore, so very relaxing and quiet.
