Friendly check in on arrival. My room was really nice, had a small balcony, a small couch and arm chair, a small table and 2 chairs. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. I also found it quiet for Queen street. The room felt safe with a key to lock and an extra security latch. The air conditioning was great for a humid Auckland night. Will stay here again.

Good location and room well equipped. Management were great I thought Parking very expensive, you get cheaper parking at the same car park the hotel uses if you book directly through Wilsons Parking Reception didn't open til 9am and closed at 4pm, but I guess in these covid times that's understandable. Overall would stay again

Night club nearby still going at 3:30am. Only on the Wednesday night though, Thursday night was quiet

Easy check in. Onlyb2 parks outside for loading anx unloading luggage and checkin. These two parks also service another hotel. Difficult to get in to the parkd

had alovely apt 8c with dissability shower Vg bed all facilities good IT was apt for diss ability SO I wonder why all cupboards with crockery are too high !!!! Micro was good & accessible TV channels v limited IT would be good to have TV on table with WHEELS so it could be moved to face bed, Lift vg EAR PLUGS NEEDED vnoisy FRI & worse SAT night

Worse customer service in Auckland. Dodgy irons that stain clothes and iron boards colapse.

To be honest, as a frequent visitor to Auckland, I look for an apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. The Quest offers these facilities in all of the places I have stayed in Auckland - Hobson St, Ponsonby Rd, Carlawe Park, but the room set up is a clean and warm environment with these facilities

Had a great stay, love the layout of the apartment. Great start with very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Would be great to see herbal teas as an option as well, even if only a few. Would have loved two towels per person (1 for your hair and 1 for your body)

Great location and convenient for business travel. Starting to show signs of age though and in need of a bit of a touch up.

Location was perfect for what we had planned and the view was excellent from level we were on.
