Loved how close the cabin was to the sea and the friendly service. However, the hot water ran out and had to shower in the cold. Tv is dated but everything was great :)

Property was in a beautiful area right on the beach & mouth of river. General condition was old & worn out & very grimy. No working smoke alarm, it had been taken down & not replaced!

The cabin was reasonable for the price - nothing flash, but can't expect too much for the price. Friendly and helpful manager at reception.

loved being able to hear and smell the sea. very clean. welcoming owner. Quiet and not overcrowded.

Good value but tired

Booked studio cabin with kitchenette for 2 nights Given directions to our cabin over speakerphone, as office closed for lunch, so very easy checkin Key to cabin labelled "BUDGET" , which said it all Bed clean and comfortable Sofa lounge in cabin to relax on Dining table and chairs present Very old hotplate/griller worked though needed a good wash first Microwave oven available So good value as able to self cater Bathroom very dated and very small Deck in front of cabin, but some floorboards a little dodgy and table unstable as one leg rusted out The cabin in front of ours was beachfront, so nice view through to the water Entire holiday/retirement village fenced for security, so had to walk out main entrance to access lovely walking tracks along the coastline Also have to drive in to Devonport for shops and to explore Overall comfortable and quiet when we stayed, as no caravans on surrounding sites Does need a little TLC

Not for me

Crazy neighbours a cross the road always yelling. The deck was broken. Had no tv remote. The place was cheap. Good parking area. They had the basics for us. Stayed in a small studio house.

The after hours key drop off is not open at 3 in the morning so u have to leave the key In the room

Close to the airport

Good place for an overnight stay before catching an early flight. Only problem was we had no where to drop the key as the manger had not made the key drop off box accessible. Unfortunately we had to leave the key in the cabin which we were unable to lock
