Room was clean. Meals overpriced but service from waitresses was good. Reception service was poor as no interest to help provide either service or information on special circumstances. I.e. they did not provide breakfast and was not interested in providing any special service;(a piece of toast) prior to a operation, or provide information that cafes were just down the road.

I thought I was booking to stay in the historic Rose and Crown building but instead was in a very average motel style room. Very disappointing

Property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Reverse cycle air con could of worked a bit better. Had to ask for wine glasses. Receptionist was lovely. Noisy neighbours in next room until 1am.

Great food in the restaurant, good choice of beers, lovely sunny day helped. Given the size of the room a king bed would have been better.

I have stayed here more than several occasions before, and I will continue to return as long as my health will permit. The area is uniquely beautiful & heritage listed is pretty much everywhere you look.

The Rose & Crown is a lovely hotel situated in Guildford , which is one of Perths older suburbs that has some great scenic walks & drives, and also alot of history.

So glad we booked to stay here! Rooms were clean and modern and to our surprise there was an amazing pub there too with live music and great food, would definitely stay there again

Lovely clean property & room. Food was great & staff were lovely. No reception staff due to COVID but message was sent with details of what to do & it was super easy.

We know you cant pls everyone but the bed for both my wife and I was terrible .The rest, for the price and amid Covid was great .

I stayed at R&C about 1 year ago now, but found myself out near Guildford and needed a place to stay o/n, so the R&C was my first choice. Everything you may need is right around the corner. Shops, pharmacy, bar ( Rose & Crown have their own menu with room service and fully licensed bar. Otherwise, if you want to look around, 5here is ""The Stirling Arms" tavern around the corner, and therr is "Alfred's Kitchen" renowned for their great food & classic burgers, but thats not all there is in food outlets & bars, there are alot more. But for me, the Rise & Crown had it all. Great food, Icy cold beer, even colder A/C & a comfortable bed.
