Most of everything was decent. The decor, staff, and atmosphere were decent. Only problem was the shower not being as clean as it should be. Outside if that, everything else was good.

OK stay

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. My only 2 complaints was the breakfast was terrible, sausage and potatoes barely cooked, watery oatmeal, no bagels muffins or toast. Also the pool was supposed to be kid free from 10-11 and security let kids in to 11. I was looking forward to a relaxing hour in the pool and jacuzzi but that didn't happen.

We took the kids for an overnight to stay and swim. Property was ok and room and common areas were pretty clean. The pool on the other hand was a disappointment. It had waaay to many chemicals in it and tasted like salt water. The hot tub had so many chemicals you couldn’t sit in it due to burning eyes. Overall the pool was terrible. Staff and room were nice. Breakfast was also a disappointment with instant eggs and sausage. No waffles, bagels or anything else. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff is amazing!! Housekeeping needs more training in customer service skills. Checking linen and mattress is really really important. Especially doing this Covid pandemic. Sheets need to be alot cleaner. And mattress need to be cleaned as well. Overall stay was pleasant…

Nice Property

Overall good stay. Ended up working from hotel room most of the time and housekeeping respected the do not disturb sign when up. Rooms didn't have great noise blocking to hall but overall was very quiet. Only major complaint, and this is true of basically all hotels I've stayed in, is that the TVs in rooms all have motion smoothing turned on with no way to disable it. It basically makes anything you watch look really bad. The TVs at this place couldn't even keep up with fast motion in movies and it was glitchy and bouncy looking. Would be great if this feature was disabled on the TVs.

Not family friendly

Not family friendly and staff was rude. They seemed to avoid trying to work me. I also found it frustrating that it’s not listed on their website that the pool is only open to adults from 9-11pm. Had this been seen prior to booking, we would have picked another spot to stay.
